So, how does this work?
Establishing a safe and sacred space. First, in order to stop the endless worry and mental re-analysis, we need to create a sacred space of calm where you can listen to your heart and your own inner guidance. We start by acknowledging where you are and how you are feeling now, then establish this space as a platform from which to work and connect with your animal friend.
Remember the feeling of love in your heart for your animal friend? This is a way to keep your heart open and honor this pet as a living being. Through this loving connection, we can connect intuitively to what he is telling you through his behavior, illness, or other issue. We can check any hypothesis that comes up, which gives us the freedom not to disregard any intuitive flashes. We can also check to see where the energy is blocked or needs more support, and distinguish whether the issue is a reflection of issues that another family member needs to address.
How can we support your animal friend? We’ll find ways to support the body physically, usually through nutrition and energy work, while helping him to move through his issues. We can address these issues in a variety of ways, including suggesting vibrational remedies, customizing affirmations, and energy work. Since animals (including humans) generally hold inner issues in their bodies, sometimes releasing it from the body also brings it up for inner healing. In this way, we can work from body to mind and mind to body.
If this sounds like just what you need, start with my free workbook, Many Ways to Connect, and monthly e-zine, featuring monthly articles relating to healing, insight, and what we can learn from animal friends.
And if you are ready for help right away, check out my special offer, good through the end of May.
Not sure whether your worries are unfounded? You may be caught in the misconception that those “sneakin’ suspicions” don’t mean anything. Take the pet stress test to see how stress may be affecting your special animal friend - and you!
